These last few days have been rather busy!
I’ve had time to read some bed times stories, and finally getting around to reading The Casual Vacancy, which I knew I’d love! I’ve had time to fit in a few walks and a mild tummy bug! I’ve also had time to be spoiled and treated and thanks to everyone for the recent kind wishes!
It’s been busy, not for all of the above, but rather because Book 2 — it has a working title, but it’s been picked by the Agent, so I’m not allowed to breathe it — is due in at the end of this month!
Now, anyone who knows me, knows I hate to miss a deadline…
Today, I sent off Book 2 to the agent. It’s longer than My Husband’s Wives (for now!) and it’s a completely different kind of book. Suffice it to say, if you like a little story, with one foot in the past and one in the present, and you fancy a jog around the west of Ireland coastline — keep tuned this way!
In the meantime, I might just have more news coming pretty soon!
For now I’m hitting the chocolate to celebrate – extra dark tonight, I think!
