The Blog Tour – Part 1

Even by my standards, the blog tour for What Happened To Us? is huge! There are over forty stops with bloggers reviewing, hosting excerpts, guest posts and Q&A’s. Thanks are due first to the bloggers for taking the time and making space for the book on their blogs, but also huge thanks must go to Victoria Joss at Aria Fiction who managed to get everyone organised and did so cheerfully all the way!

So far, it’s going even better than I’d have dreamed, but then, I knew we were off to a great start with the wonderful line-up of Blogging Gals who were on board.

The greatest thrill is probably reading reviews – these are posted during the day and most days I come across them first thing in the morning before we’ve even had breakfast! It’s magical, to read a review – especially when it’s a good one!

Here’s a sample of what they are saying so far….

I absolutely adore Faith Hogan’s books so I was really eager to read her latest book, What Happened to Us? With a main character that you will instantly take to your heart, this is a beautiful story of relationships and friendship with a surprising twist of fate.

Michelle Ryles – The Book Magnet.

With Faith Hogan’s trademark exploration of her characters’ emotions, What Happened To Us is a gentle and quietly absorbing story of second chances and new beginnings.

Joanne – Portobello Book Blog

A thoroughly enjoyable story from start to finish a book I would recommend to friends and family best read indoors on the sofa in happy clothes under a blanket with a big mug of tea and a constant flow of biscuits! Brilliant!

Love Books Actually – Hannah Clarke

This book has depth, it conducts real emotions, and it does it very realistically. It’s ‘feelgood’ not as in overly optimistic and shallow, but as in showing the beauty in this life.

Dora @ Swift Coffee Book Blog

I’m always so excited when a new Faith Hogan book comes out. It’s guaranteed to be fabulous. Faith’s books are so real, it’s just like stepping into someone else’s life for a while.

Highly Recommended. I loved the Dublin location but this book is firmly about the characters.

Louise Capper

One of this author’s great strengths is her characters – created and drawn with love and believability – and I defy anyone not to be immediately engaged by the wonderful Carrie.Don’t miss this one, sheer enjoyment from beginning to end – and without question one of my books of the year.
